Overall, the teachers’ salaries dominated the highest portion of their payments,while insurance accounted for the lowest portion of spending among the year given.There was an upward trend in the insurance in the period, while other workers’ salaries witnessed a gradually decrease in the period.Then others saw a fluctuation.
In 1981,teachers’ salaries accounted for two in fifth,which was the highest portion of all. Meanwhile, the insurance was at the bottom of the list with 2%.Other workers’ salaries were 28% less than teachers’ salaries, ranking top two in 1981.Then furniture,equipment, resources and books ranked the third position with 15%.
In 2001, teachers’ salaries still ranked top one with nearly a half of all annual spending.Besides, it also witnessed a fluctuation trend towards the end of the period.In addition, the proportion of spending on resources decreased from 15% to 9% from 1981 to 2001, while it witnessed a slight rise to 20% in 1991. The highest decline belonged to other worker’s salaries, which fell down to half proportion of its amount.
