The maps compare the developments in an island before and after transforming it to become a tourist attraction site. Overall, the island has been modernized by adding basic infrastructures and some recreational facilities, yet, the natural environment has not changed through these developments.
Before being turned into a populated area, there was no sign of people as habitants on the approximately-250-meters-long island. Apart from some trees and a beach in the west, the island was the remote area surrounded only by the sea.
After it has been developed, cottages, transportation paths and a restaurant are constructed to provide essential facilities. Single cottages are built in a circle which is connected with footpaths. In the center of residential areas stands the reception place from where a vehicle track makes way in the north to the restaurant, and in the south to a pier. A pier is extended from the shore to the sea where people can sail in yachts for relaxation. Another recreational activity can be done at the beach that is now utilized for swimming activity. The amount of trees are surprisingly not reduced by this modernization and the beach remains in the same location as before.
