Overall, during this period city hospital faced on some additional changes, these are two around-turns and some parking facilities in 2010. However, city hospital and staff car park are the place which do not appear any changes, and all these changes aimed to improving traffic flow.

Looking at the map in more detail, although, there were open area on the east of the city hospital in 2007. However, by 2010 this place designed as public car parking. Staff car park is the on of the feature which remained unchanged both 2007 and 2010.

Furthermore, when it comes to at the center of hospital road, there were 6 parking stations for bus in 2007 and it was moved to the southwest and linked with hospital road. Instead of these bus stations, there were built 2 roundabouts.one of roundabout located in ring road and another on was in city road.
