Overall, the road access to the city hospital was extended with the addition of new roundabouts, a bus station, and other facilities.

In 2007, the city hospital was surrounded by a ring road, a city road in the far south of the hospital, and a Hospital Rd connecting the city road to the ring road. In 2010, two roundabouts were built at both ends of Hospital Rd. Moreover, the car parking area for staff and public, which was located east of Hospital Rd in 2007, was separated in 2010. A new parking area for the public was set up on the east side of the hospital, while the staff car park remained as it was.

In addition, the bus stops on both sides of Hospital Rd were removed in 2010. Instead, a bus station was developed west of Hospital Rd. There was also construction of two new roads in the northeast and southeast corners of the bus station connecting it to the roundabouts.
