Overall, it is evident that this small township located amid woodland evolved over the years into a metropolis. Furthermore, there were significant changes to infrastructure, housing, and facilities.

Looking more closely, in 1815, as is observed, Dalton’s zone had not been fully occupied, not even on one bank of the river. It can be clearly seen that the village consisted only of several cottages, a hall farm with livestock, and a poorly developed road network. The latter included only one paved road and two dirt roads.

In terms of changes, by 2015 the city’s area had increased in size and expanded on either side of the river. Urban growth was accompanied by the construction of public facilities such as an airport, a hotel, a school, a hospital, and an industrial zone. Moreover, with regard to the traffic system, it was considerably improved and flourished with bridge establishment.
