Overall, Dalton was modernized into the town with residential developments and transport facilities. The whole place saw vital buildings to live a comfort life.
On the North-west part of the map the Dalton forest was cut down and it had been replaced with residential buildings by 2015. A new Hospital was built on the north part of the map on the left side of the river. The right side of the river was changed into the housing facilities.
The Hotel had been constructed on the east part of the map by 2015. The Hall farm was pulled down, and it was replaced with a School and several housing units. The bridge was built on the Ford road. The South-West part of the map had been replaced into the industrial zone by 2015. A notable change was construction of a new airport on the bottom of the map, above the River Dal.
