The image presents two maps showing the same docks in 1980 and today, revealing significant transformations. In 1980, the docks featured three warehouses, two cranes, and multiple ships along the river, with a clear route to the coast. In contrast, today's docks include a shopping center, music club, and children’s play area in place of the previous warehouses and cranes, as well as a museum ship on display. A flood barrier is now present, and a bridge facilitates crossing the river. Additionally, the lower area of the docks now features a walk, hotel, restaurant, and park.

The supplied maps delineate the docks of a town over the period of 45 years between 1980 and present day.
Overall, it is obvious that the town redeveloped from industrial shipping dock into modern and residential area.
In 1980, there used to be warehouses on the left hand side on the top of the map. However, they have been demolished and converted into shopping center, music club, and children’s play area and in the river added museum ship also on this side. Crossing the river it is evident that the warehouse was replaced by a hotel and restaurant nearby with park and walking place. There had been a crane on the right hand side. The two opposite sides of the river expanded by the construction of a brigde accross the river. Near to the brigde we have a flood barrier, which directed to the coast.
