In the year 2005 the online shopping in Canada for different retail sectors included electronics, food, home furniture’s, and video games, video games was least popular with 18%, the home furnishings, and food and beverage were almost the same with 25% and 22% respectively, the electronic appliances were having higher demand in 2005 with 35%.
The least popular online sales in 2010 was reported for home furnishings with 15%, it was followed by video games with 23%, electronic appliances in 2010 was 30% which saw a dip in percentage compared to 2005, the food and beverage was having more demand with 10% increase compared to 2005 which was 32%
