In general, the most common different between these offices is quantity of rooms for employees. The layout of American office space is entirely full with rooms and equipment for each workers, however Japanese office is significantly minimized with more space.
Looking at the maps in detail, American office offer for everyone their personal space with 10 tables and chairs, while Japanese people provide two shared tables for section manager with 6 chairs and one in the middle. Interestingly, in the USA, working place is entirely full of rooms that has 2 conference rooms, 1 storage and copier.
In addition, in terms of Japan, there are no places for conference and meeting rooms, but there is one single table and chair only for department manager. In contrast, American office spaces also have 3 rooms from the eastern side which is two section managers, and one department manager room from southern side. Finally, American office has more equipment and rooms for each staff, whereas Japanese office is more minimalistic and has free space.
