Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my concern about the problems I have been experiencing with the public transport service that I use for my daily commute.

Over the past few weeks, I have noticed a significant increase in delays and cancellations. This has not only disrupted my schedule but also caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

Moreover, the condition of the buses is far from satisfactory. Many of them are not clean and lack basic amenities like proper seating and air conditioning. This makes the journey uncomfortable, especially during peak hours.

I understand that managing a public transport service is a challenging task. However, I believe that if these issues were addressed, it would greatly improve the commuting experience for all passengers.

I kindly request you to look into these matters and take necessary actions to improve the service. I am confident that your intervention can bring about a significant change in this matter.
