Overall, there are five main stages in the collection of rainwater, proceeding with the gathering of water during rain and culminating in availability of drinking water to different individual’s home.
Initially, when it rains, water from it is gathered on the roof of people’s houses. Then, it runs down to the pipeline attached to the side of the houses. Furthermore, it is transferred to water filter. After this, it flows to a large tank which is kept for storage. In addition, it is sent to a tank where chemicals are mixed. The water is treated with chemicals to purify it.
Finally, it is delivered to all people’s home for drinking via tap.
