The provided graph provides information, in percentage, about the preferred mode of transportation of the younger generation from four countries namely: Great Britain, USA, Germany, and France. Generally, car is the most preferred vehicle in most of the countries except in Germany wherein more individuals prefer using bicycle.
In France, majority of the young generation (about 75%) chose car over bicycle and motorcycle with percentage of roughly 15% and exactly 10% respectively. Great Britain and USA had similar percentages of individuals preferring car at exactly 60%. American teenagers’ second choice was motorcycle (30%) followed by bicycle at 10%. In contrast, youngsters from Great Britain chose bicycle over motorcycle with just below 30% for bicycle and 10% for motorcycle.
Records from Germany shows that roughly 45% prefer using bicycle. This is then followed by 40% of individuals choosing car, with a minimal difference of 5%. Motorcycle is the least preferred mode of transportation with only approximately 15% of youngsters choosing it over the two other vehicle.
