Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to enquire about the resignation process which I planned to move another location after a week.

As you know, I have given a notice period about resign, because my family is moving to Bangalore. So I planned to resign from my post of nursing supervisor. Moreover, the reason for this quick decision is, me and my brother going to join in the same industry. The deadline for joining is already over.

In addition, I would like to request to proceed my resignation process. Because my last working day is 1st January 2025.

Additionally, I pleased to provide enclosed provisional fund account details and the required formalities which I suppose to summit. If there is any additional process, please inform beforehand. Moreover, I request you to provide an experience letter from the date of joining to till date. This the most vital for me to join in industry which I choosen in Bangalore.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as you have received my letter.
