Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern about a jacket that I recently purchased from your shop on January 30. I spend good amount of money on that item. So, I am requesting you to either return the full amount or replace the item.
The black leather Jacket that I bought from your shop has few black paint marks inside the sleeves, which looks very awful like someone accidently put paint on it. Moreover, zipper is not function properly. It is also broken on the top, that makes it difficult to close.
When I described whole scenario to salesman, I laughed, and rudely talked to me. Furthermore, he even tried to stop me to reach you during afternoon. He also gave instruction to security gaurd to restrict my permit inside the shop.
I would be great if you either return the full amount, or provide me replacement of same piece. Beside that, if you teach your sales person some manners, would be great for your customers.
