Dear Sana,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and happiness.This is to express apology for not able to meet you on an earlier decided date.

As you are aware, I am doing distance studies from NIOS and this is the final year for my Post Graduation. My exam date earlier was given on 22nd of February, so I thought we can meet on 24th February and enjoy as exam stress would have vanished cause of exam. But to my notice, the exam is postponed to 25th February.

So I convey my apologies caused for the inconvenience. We will surely meet up on 27th February which is Sunday and have a great deal in shopping as there are various discounts in Biba in a nearby mall and then we can hop on for a movie with snacks followed by a lunch at Lone Restaurant.
