Dear Mr and Mrs Danis,

I hope you are doing well. i was extremely excited when i receive your letter regarding the invitation for Chris suprise birthday party. I am greatly thankful that you invited me to join your highly memorable party.

Firsty, I am pretty sure that he will become so happy since she has talked to me regarding her feelings about gatherings and parties with loved ones that she is always passionate about it. That is to say, she enjoys having fun and warm moments with persons who are of paramount importance for her.

Unfortunately, I am not able to make it, as I have to go on the work vacation with my boss exactly 2 days before her birthday, and I am required to stay there for a week to do some paperworks, resulting in my anbsence in your suprise party.

Hopefully, I have decided to buy a ticket for the next month to come and see Chris, and I will let her know before my departure.

Thanks again for inviting me. I am looking forward to seeing you next month with Chris.
