The bar chart shows the divorce rates in three European cites from 2013 to 2017. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant. The given graph indicates the percentage of divorces that occurred in three European cities between 2013 and 2017.

Overall, the rate of divorce in London increased, whereas the ratio of divorce in Paris and Istanbul decreased.

Moving to the details, in 2013, couples divorced in London approximately 16%. This rate rose statedly by several percent in each time period except from 2014 to 2015 and 2016 to 2017 where the former went up sharply and the the latter remained. In comparison with 2013, the percentage in 2017 was larger by almost 10%.

Meanwhile, as for Paris, the proportion of couples separated in this city was approximately 20% in 2013. It dropped by about 3% in each time period between 2014 and 2015. However, there was a substantial rise in 2016, but it recorded the lowest percentage next year. Regarding Istanbul, the proportion was decreasing in general, while in 2014, it reached its highest point in this record. In addition, its rate in 2013 was the same as the ratio in 2017. In 2017, it was the largest percentage of the three cities.
