The diagram illustrates stages of how bricks are made for the building purposes.
Overall, the procedure of brick manufacturing has 6 stages, which contains their own process.
The first stage begins with a clay mining by means of a excavator digger.Once the sufficient amount of clay is mined, the second procedure starts, where clay is sorted by special metal grid upon which it drops on roller. The following stage starts with sorted clay being merged with sand and water. However, the shape of bricks can be formed in 2 ways, namely with wire cutter which divide the texture by cutting and mould in which texture can be formed. After that the next stage starts with drying shaped bricks using an oven.It takes 24-48 hours to strength the mixture, so bricks can obtain its durability. The 5 stage initiates with 2 sequence klins, while the former has constant 200-980C,the latter has higher temperatue of 870-1300C,upon which high heated bricks stood on cooling chamber for about 48 to 72 hours.Once the bricks are ready, they are managed to pack to furas and delivered for buldings industries.
