Dear Sir,

I am writing concerning the position of Assistant manager that I am due to begin next Monday However a personal problem has arisen.

As you know I currently working in my uncle’s Te-shop, all of sudden my uncle got a health issue, as I am currently staying with them, and I need to take care of my uncle and aunty but due to his health problem he has hospitalized , as per doctor’s suggestion, he need to be at hospital for 15 days for additional treatment , heanceforth Aunty asked me to take of current business.

I understand that It will be inconvenienced for you, as I am unable to join the position you aligned me some of the time, if you would help get permission to join after 15 days, that would be great help me to take care fo Uncle and Aunties business.

I am very much concern about the Job, I am very endure to work with you, as I will gain lot of Knowledge during the working time.
