Dear Mr bruh,

I am writing this letter regarding a concern as a problem has arised. As I was appointed as an Assistant Manager but I would not be able to Join the team next week .

As I mentioned In interview that my mother is suffering from cancer. Here health has became an issue for now. She need an urgent surgery as she is not able to breathe properly . Unfortunately, see has to undergo a surgery next Monday and needs rest for atleast one week.

I realize that it would be inconvenient to you , but I hope you understand my situation and I would try my best to start my position as soon as possible and if offered online I can start my work from Tuesday and can take over into office from upcoming Monday.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused and I look forward from you.
