Dear John,

I hope you are well and safe! I am coming to the UK for a training program and I heard that the leader of the course would hire one of the participants as a social events’ organizer.

I am writing this letter in regards to the position as I am interested. The first reason is that since high school I had this dream of becoming an event planner. So, it is an opportunity to exercise this role at the international level.

I am seeking information concerning the position: how many events are you planning to host? Will the ceremonies take place in different locations? Are they employees that I will lead? How do the working setting look like? is there specific qualification such as certificate needed? Do you have a compensation plan?

I have more than 5 years of experience. I run different functions such as Bank of Kigali 50 years’ gala dinner, Rwanda CEOs annual gathering, Christmas Kids celebrations, etc… Adding to that, I am certified trainer in that setting.
