Dear Nick,

I hope you’re doing well. I am writing to ask an assistance from you as I will move to my new apartment the following month.

Next month, I will transfer to Eagle Tower in Alkhan Street Al Majaz. The building is just opposite of our office. It takes time for me to decide before I will move to a new apartmet. I am comfortable, it’s like my own home and I stayed here for 4 years. Moreover, my transportation and time of travelling suddenly increased due to the fluctuation of petrol price. With these, I deciced to transfer so that I can save for the transportation.

However, I planned to ask an assistance from you to carry the boxes of my personal belongings, cabinets and set of bed. We will use your car to transfer all these. Once we’re done we will go to Filipino restaurant and have a dinner and I will give some amout for your petrol.

I am looking forward for your immediate response, and let me know your vacant time so that I can prepare for it.
