Dear Residents,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in a community park cleanup event aimed at making our local park cleaner and more enjoyable for everyone. The event will take place on **Sunday, 20 April 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.** Volunteers are requested to gather at the **main entrance of Greenfield Park**, where the activities will begin.
To ensure the event runs smoothly, the organizing team will provide essential equipment and supplies, including **garbage bags, gloves, litter pickers, rakes, and drinking water** for all volunteers. However, participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring hats or sunscreen if needed.
Volunteers will be assigned different tasks depending on their preferences and the number of participants. These tasks include **collecting litter, separating recyclable waste, trimming small plants, and assisting with general park maintenance**. Our team leaders will guide each group throughout the cleanup.
