Salutations, dear Sir or Madam. I am writing to express my enthusiasm to invite you my upcoming housewarming party. Though I am newcomer, I wished to meet you and I considered it would be great honor for me to see you all around.

As I have just moved my new house celebrating housewarming party would enhance my relationship with all neighbors and be great step in order to get to know each other. We have been traditionally doing this kind of party for numerous years, thus I did not want it to be exceptional.

I will briefly mention some details about party. I am eager to establish this party at the weekend, as almost everyone works in a week in this neighborhood.
