Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to share the news that I want to throw a housewarming party to celebrate with you people. I consider that neighbours are like a family, and you people also proved that by helping me during my shifting. This event will give us an opportunity to get familiar with each other.

As you all know that I moved in today, so i think I will be able to organize my home until weekend. Therefore, I want you people to join me on upcoming sunday brunch at my home. I will arrange sitting in my living room, as to arrange an outdoor event in this cold weather is not possible.

Furthermore, I expect you people to arrive at 11:00 a.m. I request you to not bring any gifts, as it will be just a casual meet-up. We will sit together, enjoy snacks and tea. I just want to interact with all of you and want to have a chat about nearby facilities, while enjoying your company.

I hope that all of you will accept my invitation, and will grace my home with your presence.
