Hello dear neighbor

I hope this letter finds you well,

I’m writing this letter because I want you to go to my birthday party. We’ve been neighbors for more than 5 years, so I’m looking forward to seeing you at my celebration. It’s going to be in my mother’s bakery, named Lucie’s Cookies. I need to receive your confirmation before I send you the address. My party is going to be there because we are going to have different activities. First, we will have an introduction on “how to make the perfect butter cookie” and then we will bake the cookies by ourselves, isn’t that fun? I’m so excited. Because of this, I need your response as soon as possible so I can get all the ingredients that you want to use with your cookie, you know I’m a chocolate lover and I will use all types of dark chocolate.

Not being enough, at the end of my party we are going to watch a special coffee show that my boyfriend has for me, you know, he is a coffee barista. I advise you to wear your best baking outfit and sneakers
