Dear Mr John,

It has been a pleasure to live in such a wonderful neighbourhood that helps each other and genuinely cares for each other. I am very excited and overstimulated to throw a party to mark the new beginning of living in such a good place. I will be so glad if you and your family join us at the venue, which is our backyard. We will have lots of fun and a chance to get to know you and your family, which helps to build a strong connection among us. The party will take place on 6 November 2025, from 4 in the evening till midnight, it’s Saturday night, so I don’t think it will be a problem. I am thinking about a red-themed party, so I expect everybody to wear red. If not all red, have the majority of your outfit be red.

My family and I will be so pleased to host you and your family, and hope to build a strong relationship.
