Dear Mis.Teena,

I hope you are doing well.I am writing to cordially invite you to our housewarming party.

As you know,I am planning to move to a new home with my family by the next month.Actually,building own house was one of my biggest dream and I have been working for it for the past 2 years.I am very gald to invite eveyone to this event to add more colours to it.

Considering the convenience of everyone,the program will be held on 21st October in the evening.The venue will be our community hall as it is easily accessible from the city centre.Moreover,in order to avoid traffic,it is recommended to rely on train to reach the location on time.

In addition,you can expect several cultural activities and programs of children as well as adults.Concerning the food,the menu will consists of both vegetarien and non vegetarian dishes including deserts;whereas in case of any allergies it is better to inform as at the earliest.Additionally,we are planning to have a live musical performance;however it depends on the availability of our local band.
