Dear neighbor,

I am writing this letter to annouce my housewarming party to celebrate moving into my new home. I would like to invite you to get to know you better. You don’t need to bring anything but yourself!

The party will be on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 356 Gunn Ave. It will begin around 7 PM but you can arrive later if you can’t make in on time! Supper and bevarages will be provided. I will serve roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, and fresh vegitables. Bevarage menue will include, sparkling water, orange juice, white wine, Sprite, and Diet Coke. If you would like anything else, let me know ahead of time. Also, warn me if there is any food allergies that I should be aware of.

The plan is to meet each other, play some board games, and have fun! I thought we could watch a movie, if we will agree on one. Again, please let me know if you have any other ideas on what we can do.

I am looking forward to this party and hope to see you there!
