Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well on this lovely afternoon. It is that time of year when I organize the potluck, and I would like to warmly invite you to join us.

This season’s event promises to be truly unique, as we will be hosting the Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Bassey. There will be a wide array of both local and international cuisines, and our special guest will present an award to the most exceptional cook.

The event is scheduled for 3 PM on Saturday, April 14th, at my residence located at 19 Clifford Street, Atlanta, Georgia. Punctuality will be considered as one of the criteria for evaluation, so please arrive on time.
