Dear Sophia,

I am dedicating this letter to you to assist some arrangements towards Jana’s 18th birthday dinner.

I need genuine help as Jana deserves a huge surprise dinner at the four seasons where all of us should attend and appear to make her feel special.

I suggest that we should contribute each participant to come with something, i’d be really disappointed to see someone coming empty handed as we want to make Jana feel special. My job is to prepare the decorations on the table, yours is to send the invitations and explain the upcoming surprise event we’re hosting.

I hope this letter reaches to you, as we want to make it a special and memorable night.
