I hope you are doing great. How is your family? I am really excited to conduct a surprise birthday party for our friend Mr. Smith. As you know, he’s been with us for the last ten years. He has never expected anything like this from us.

For the party, I have reserved a conference hall and banquet at Mareena Hotel nearby. But I encountered a problem which only allows me to turn up at the right time of the party. So, I need your assistance in making it more colorful, leaving a greater surprise for Smith and his family.

First of all, I would be really happy if you could invite all of our college mates to the party. I met only those who are from my village. Additionally, can you arrange the food and beverages for the party? The hotel will serve all the food items, but I feel our supervision is rather important. You also could add any dishes as you feel.

Do you know, when I went through my friend lists, I found that you are the best fit for this duty since you have a handful of experiences from our college studies. His birthday falls on October 29, and we are planning to celebrate on the same day at night at 8 pm at Mareena Hotel, New Delhi, as I made the arrangements. I hope this date convenient for you.
