Dear Mr. Johnson,

I hope you are feeling well. I’m writing you to suggest organazing a surpsire birthday party for your son, Peter. I would really appreciate your help in couple of preparation aspects.

I have already decided an ideal place and time for the event. Next Saturday evening, approximately at 6pm, would suit to everyone. And what about place, then we do think it would be nice to gather at yours house. Of course, only if you don’t mind it. Peter is coming home that time. I bet he won’t be expecting us.

I need you help in collecting Peter’s childhood photos. I am going to decorate the livingroom with balloons and those pictures. My plan is to create an appealing atmosphere. I have everything, what I want to place in your house. But it wouldn’t be a problem, if you decorated something on your own in case you wish to.

We also will have a birthday dinner, which is going to consisnt of several pizzas, soda drinks and maybe sandwiches. Our festivity will be covered by money from my budget.
