Dear Juan,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you about my trip on Monday, October 26th, 2024. I will be going on a two-week holiday in Lagos with my family.

I would like to ask you for a favor during this time. If you don’t mind, could you take care of my apartment? I will be leaving behind my pet cat, Mina, and my flower garden. Additionally, I will leave my car in the garage.

The tasks I would need your help with while I’m away include feeding Mina twice daily. You can find her food in the top cabinet in the kitchen. Also, it is important to water the garden once a day to keep the plants from withering. Please remember to warm up the vehicle engine once every day, especially in the morning.
