Dear Saran,

I hope you are doing well. It has been a long time since we met after university.

I am writing to invite you to a weekend camping trip with our former classmates. We are planning to camp at Green Hills Nature Park. During the trip, we will enjoy hiking, campfire games, cooking together, and sharing stories. It will be a great chance for all of us to meet again and have fun.

The camping trip will be from 18 July 2026 to 19 July 2026. The total cost is ₹2,000 per person, which includes the campsite fee, transportation,snacks and foods.

Please bring a tent if you have one, a sleeping bag, comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a flashlight. You can also bring some snacks or drinks to share with everyone.

I hope you can join us. Please let me know by 10 July if you are coming. I am looking forward to seeing you again.
