Dear Club Members,
I hope you are all well. I am writing to confirm the arrangements for our upcoming hiking trip next Saturday.
We will meet at the main entrance of Green Valley Park at 8:00 a.m. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early so that we can leave on time. Transportation to the starting point has already been arranged, and the bus will depart promptly at 8:15 a.m.
As the hike will last for several hours, everyone should bring suitable equipment. Please wear comfortable hiking boots and weather-appropriate clothing. In addition, you should carry a backpack containing a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, and a light rain jacket in case of unexpected weather changes. A basic first-aid kit is also recommended.
According to our itinerary, we will begin the hike at around 9:00 a.m. and follow the Riverside Trail, stopping at several scenic viewpoints along the way. We expect to reach the picnic area at approximately 12:30 p.m., where lunch will be provided by the club. Vegetarian options will also be available. After lunch, we will continue on a shorter route before returning to the starting point at about 4:00 p.m.
