I am writing to thank you for offering me the chance to complete a three-month work experience placement at your organisation. I am very excited about this opportunity and look forward to starting soon.

Through this experience, I hope to gain a better understanding of how your company operates, especially in the field of customer service and administration. I believe this will help me develop important skills such as communication, time management, and teamwork, which are essential for my future career.

I would be grateful if you could provide some information regarding the working hours and whether there is a specific dress code I should follow. Additionally, I would like to know if there will be any initial training or orientation provided before I begin the tasks assigned to me.
