Dear Sir,

I am writing regarding the recent opportunity i received of doing 3 months internship in your renowned hospital. I feel very fortunate and grateful to be chosen among numerous people.

I am looking forward to work with doctors from diverse specialities and want to gain the knowledge of each one of them in this limited time period. Moreover, the expertise and guidance of respective fields would surely be beneficial for me in the future. I am also keen to learn the new innovations that have been made in the medical science and how it has been impacting to facilitate the treatments.

Speaking of the tenure, i have some questions related to the time i will be spending with each speciality. I think it would be difficult to cover all the 8 branches in 3 months period. Apart from this, I would really appreciate if you could tell me about my mentor and my fellow peers who will be accompanying me throughout this time period.

Overall, I am quite excited to join you from next week and to gain every bit of knowledge that can aid me with immense wisdom, helping me to alleviate the sufferings of patients. I assure you that throughout this time I will perform my best. I appreciate your assistance and i am looking forward to hear back from you regarding the answers to my queries.
