I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services you rendered us while our stay at your hotel.
Last week, I booked your conference hall for the date 24th June, 2024 for a business meeting. The meeting was to pitch the investors to invest on our new project and the deal was worth a million dollars where many business tycoons and investors were invited.
Coming to the predicaments our guests faced, the most riling was to find the meeting hall and allotted rooms, because of the absence of direction signs and room number plates. The other one was the unavailability of power backup as the frequent electricity cuts caused the projector to shut down. As a result of which we could not show the presentation of our idea to our guests Lastly, the noise from the kitchen area that kept on disturbing throughout the meeting. I might have cracked the meeting if you would have taken care of all these points before.
However, we have managed to reschedule the meeting on coming Wednesday.
I would like you to book another conference hall in a different branch of your hotel with no additional charge as a compensation of your negligence.
