Dear Mrs. Maisel,

I am writing this as I have a request to make with regards to my current problematic academic situation.

As you might know, I have been irregular in attending your lectures lately. Although I was working full-time, I am forced to take up another part-time job due to my current financial crisis. Hence, it is very unfortunate to let you know that I will not be able to attend any more classes.

My current monetary circumstances require me to work at two jobs, which will take up approximately fourteen hours daily. This will make my schedule extremely busy and attending classes in between that will be too arduous for me. Therefore, I will not able to complete the credits I have taken this year.

I would like if you could help me transfer my current credits for next year so that I can complete them later. I would also appreciate if you could keep me in the student mailing list and continue to provide the course lessons.

I would really appreciate your help. I look forward to your reply.

Yours sincerely,

Dhvanit Thakker.
