Hope you are doing well!

I am writing this letter to you to list a room in my apartment for rent. My name is Manjot Singh, living at 114 Malta Ave, Brampton. I am having a empty room in my apartment which is vacant since I have moved in.

I have been living alone in whole apartment and I just want to get rid of the loneliness. Moreover, I would get help in earning extra livelihood as a rent. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, in one of them I am living. The other one is having attached washroom and a private balcony. Kitchen and living room will be in sharing.

I am looking for a student who lives nearby the college as my flat at walking distance of 4 minutes . No smoking and no pets are allowed in the flat. The rent would be around $800.
