Dear Sarah and Mark,
Thank you so much for inviting me to your wedding. I was absolutely delighted to receive the invitation, and I can honestly say that I would not miss this special day for anything.
As for my travel arrangements, I plan to fly into Manchester on the morning of Friday, 14th June, and take a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel. My flight lands at around 11 a.m., so I should be able to join you for the rehearsal dinner that evening without any problem.
Regarding accommodation, I would prefer to stay at a hotel rather than put you out at home, since I know you will already have your hands full with the last-minute preparations. That said, if you have already reserved a block of rooms at a particular hotel, I would be more than happy to book into the same one so that we can all get together easily. I should also mention that I have a mild allergy to feathers, so a room with non-feather pillows would be greatly appreciated.
Finally, I would love to help in any way I can. I am more than willing to lend a hand with the decorations, run errands on the day itself, or even assist with the seating arrangements. Please do not hesitate to let me know what needs to be done.
I am already counting down the days, and I look forward to celebrating this wonderful occasion with you both.
Warmest congratulations,
Alex
