Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Ali Ammar, and I am one of your regular passengers. I am writing this letter to report about losing my smartphone at the train during my last journey to Alexandria last week.

The first point is that it is a gray Iphone 15 with a 10-inch screen, and it has a black leather case. In addition, it has a pop-up front camera while there are three cameras on the back.

Another thing I want to talk about is that I lost my phone on 16th June while arriving to Alexandria’s station. Furthermore, my window seat’s number was 38 whereas the carriage number was 9.

Lastly, I hope that you could send it to my home by the courier if you find it, and I will pay the shipping cost. My home address is 28 Oraby street, Damanhour city, and My phone number is 010695863299.
