Dear Sir/ madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I have lost my airpods while I was in the train to my way back home. This incident occurred on 10/11/2024 when I was travelling from my work in the evening around 6pm. My airpods were black in colour and it had a beautiful case on it with some flowers made on it, apple brand and engraved with my name as Guri.

I remember, I was sitting at the back seats of the train and all of a sudden, a crowd entered as it was a busy time when everyone is going back to their homes after work. While I was going to move out of the train, I carried my bag quickly and ran outside of the train as the trains are so fast otherwise I was going to miss my stop. I am assuming that is the time I lost my air pods. It might have fallen or I forgot to put them in my pocket after use.

I would kindly request the train company staff to help me out and find my airpods as they were gifted to me by my mother if possible.
