To whom it may concern,
I have just moved to the city and I am currently renting unit 9. Eventhough the rent is incredibly high for a unit of this size, there has been a few problems with the appartment, which I hope we can resolve.
Firstly, there is a leak in the bathroom sink that will not fully close, I think the tap is just old and dated from wear and tear, nevertheless, its dripping water non stop, and making it difficult to sleep at night.
Secondly, the thermostat on the central heating must be broken. I have turned the heating up to maximum on a number of occasions, yet the system does not properly warm up the room, meaning I need to wear extra layers of clothes throughout the evening, which is a big inconvience to someone low on money and new to a city.
Furthermore, this just adds to the stress I am already under at work. I Would like to think that as a landlord you will take the right approach to this mattter and look into fixing these issues, or at the very minimum work with me to find a solution to improving my current living conditions.
Kind regards
James Aked.
