Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in reference to an advertisement published on the internet. I would like to express my strong interest in applying for this position.

Given my strong experience looking after children, I consider myself suitable for this job. I worked for five years as an au pair in New York. Due to this experience I could develop problem-solving skills and improve my organizational skills. In addition, as I am from Argentina, I can give them spanish lessons when you find it more convenient.

Furthermore, I could assist you with your daily hosehold chores and the house cleaning. If you do not have time to prepare your children’s food, I would be pleased to cook for them nutritive and tasty meals.
