Band 4+: You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work. Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In the letter, describe the situation, explain your problems and why it is difficult to work and say what kind of accommodation you would prefer.

My name is Olusola Adebisi, a 400 level student of Arts and science faculty at Adeyemi College of Education, with matric number MS101. I occupy room 265 of All Girls hostel with a 100 level intake, am aware you are incharge of the accommodation and would like to inform you about a recurring situation which makes it difficult to concentrate on my project and other necessary presentation at this stage of my academics.

Of serious concern, are friends she invites into the room often and unwanted noise that eludes during their conversations. Not to mention constant misuse of my belongs by her friends nor the need to put them in their proper place, also her poor hygiene- unkept cloths, improper bath and proper tidying of her space in the room.

Apparently, two days ago my laptop was thrown to the ground by a course mate of hers, she never dimed it fit to inform me. Just found out today when I brought it out for use noticed a crack, enquire of her and she snapped at me. We got into heated argument,use of unpleasant words and smashing my phone, am not one to be seen in sure situation and it hurts much so.

I would, prefer if she is moved to another room with other new intake and a 400 level student is brought to My room. Knowing our goal aligns at the moment makes it easy for me to work on my project and other assignments.
