Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding the room I am sharing with another student, which is Room 408 located on the fourth floor of the Medical building. The room is currently shared with Tom Harden, a Law student. I have been facing issues with him since the beginning of the semester because he has been inviting friends to the room in the middle of the night, disrupting my sleep. This situation has significantly impacted my grades.

I have already tried to discuss the matter with him and have asked him several times to refrain from having these ‘meetings,’ as he calls them, during nighttime. Unfortunately, he has not respected my request and continues to invite people over.

I am writing this letter to inquire about the possibility of moving to a different room. Since this is the second occurrence of such a disturbance, I would appreciate it if I could be moved to a single accommodation, even if it involves an increase in tuition fees.
