Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you of the problems I am facing in my shared room at the college accommodation. My name is Ruchi Tailor, and I am currently studying a bachelor of physiotherapy at your college. I am staying in the Waterlilly hostel. I would like to complain about my roommate, whose name is Anne. She is a very messy girl, and I am not able to concentrate on studying at night due to her party-type nature.

When she came here for the first time, she was very nice and helpful. But after some time, her attitude has changed, and she keeps our room unhygienic and dirty. On top of that, I cannot concentrate on my studies due to her overly friendly nature because she calls her friends in our room, and they make too much noise by playing music in loud speakers while they are dancing. I warned her many times, but she is not listening to me.

So, I am writing this letter to inform you about my situation. I would request that you change my accommodations somewhere else, or you can change my roommate. I am looking forward to your help in this matter.
