Dear May,
How have you been, May? I hope you’re doing great. I’m really sorry for not being able to come to your graduation day.
I couldn’t know how important it is for you to have your graduation celebrated given that you’ve spent your entire life to complete it. However, I couldn’t be part of your warmth celebration due to appointment I had with my lecturer. I’m truly sorry for this, May.
To be honest, I feel really sorry for this because I heard you already made a reservation for 7 people in a fancy restaurant yet I didn’t make it. Actually, I’ve tried to contact you to let you know that I had an unexpected appointment, but you didn’t read my massage. On top of that, I’ve sent a direct mail to your E-mail, hopping that you’d open through it.
I wanted to make it up to you. What if we catch up at a nearby café and it’s on me. does that sound good?
Once again, I really sorry for not coming, May. We’ll meet soon.
Best regards,
Reza
